2. Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide, secure, and improve Image Bookmarker, including:
- Account and authentication data: email address, user ID, login session data, and authentication provider information.
- User content: saved bookmarks, image URLs, categories, uploaded images, generated images, collection data, notes or metadata you provide, and CSV import data.
- Usage and billing state: plan, quota usage, subscription status, Stripe customer ID, Stripe subscription ID, Stripe price ID, and billing event status.
- Technical data: browser, device, IP address, timestamps, logs, diagnostics, and similar data used for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.
3. Billing and payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Image Bookmarker does not store full payment card numbers or payment method details. We store limited Stripe identifiers and subscription status so the app can grant the correct plan access and enforce subscription limits.
4. AI image generation
If you use AI generation features, prompts, selected inputs, generated image data, and related request metadata may be sent to AI generation providers so the feature can operate. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for some uses, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
5. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure Image Bookmarker.
- Save, organize, search, import, export, upload, and generate image bookmarks.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Process subscriptions and enforce Free, Plus, and Pro limits.
- Troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
- Communicate about support, billing, security, and product updates.
6. Providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate Image Bookmarker, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; Stripe for billing; Vercel for hosting and analytics; and AI providers for image generation. We may share information with these providers as needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
7. Cookies, local storage, and sessions
Image Bookmarker and its providers may use cookies, browser storage, and session tokens to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences, support checkout and billing flows, measure usage, and protect the service.
8. Data retention and deletion
We retain account data, user content, billing records, and technical logs for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal reasons.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data and user content. No internet service is completely secure, so you should use a strong password, protect your login credentials, and avoid uploading content you are not comfortable storing online.
10. Children’s use
Image Bookmarker is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Image Bookmarker after an update means the updated policy applies.
