1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Image Bookmarker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Who we are
Image Bookmarker is operated by Now Technology Solutions, Inc.. You can contact us at nowtechai22@gmail.com.
3. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, account activity, and the content you add to Image Bookmarker. You must provide accurate account information and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
4. Plans, subscriptions, and billing
Image Bookmarker offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe unless a different billing option is later published. Current plan limits are shown in the app and on the pricing page.
- Free: limited bookmarks, storage, and AI generations.
- Plus: higher storage and AI generation limits, with unlimited bookmarks.
- Pro: higher storage and AI generation limits, with unlimited bookmarks.
Stripe processes payment information. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel or the subscription ends.
5. Cancellation, failed payments, and refunds
You can manage billing, update payment methods, view invoices, change plans, or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal when available in your account.
- Cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If a payment fails and your subscription becomes past due, paid access may continue temporarily until the current billing period ends or Stripe marks the subscription unpaid or canceled, whichever comes first.
- If payment is not resolved, your account may return to the Free plan.
- Refunds are handled manually and case by case unless a stricter refund policy is later published.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the bookmarks, images, categories, CSV data, prompts, and other content you add to Image Bookmarker. You grant Now Technology Solutions, Inc. a limited license to host, store, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, secure, and improve Image Bookmarker.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights needed to upload, save, import, or generate content through the service.
7. AI-generated content
Image Bookmarker may include AI image generation features. AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and deciding how to use it. Image Bookmarker does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use Image Bookmarker to:
- Violate laws, infringe rights, or upload content you do not have permission to use.
- Store, generate, or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, authorization, billing, or security controls.
- Interfere with the service, overload infrastructure, scrape in abusive ways, or reverse engineer non-public systems.
- Use the service to distribute malware, spam, phishing, or deceptive content.
9. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep Image Bookmarker useful and available, but the service may be interrupted, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Features, limits, prices, and plans may change over time. If changes materially affect paid subscriptions, we will handle them in a commercially reasonable way.
10. Termination
You may stop using Image Bookmarker at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay fees, or if continued operation is not commercially or technically practical.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Image Bookmarker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Now Technology Solutions, Inc. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Now Technology Solutions, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Image Bookmarker in the three months before the claim, or $50 if you have not paid.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Image Bookmarker after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
